Parking
You must print off this parking permit before you arrive at GVSU. All vehicles must have a parking permit displayed on their dash while on campus.
Parking for the conference is in Lot H. The address for Lot H is: 10520 Laker Village Dr, Allendale, MI 49401
People staying overnight in the Rec Center should park in Lot B2. The address for Lot B2 is: 4300 W Ravine Center Dr, Allendale, MI 49401
Conference Locations
On Friday, the conference will start in Cook Dewitt Center, located north of the Kirkhof Center near the clock tower. Attendees can check in for the conference in the Cook Dewitt Center. Check in will moved to the Kirkhof Center after the opening session.
Friday's conference sessions will be located on the second level of the Kirkhof Center.
Saturday's sessions will be located in Cook Dewitt Center and the Loutit Lecture Halls. Signage and GVSU staff will be around to assist attendees in finding correct locations.
The pre conference event for students will be held in the Rec Center. The professional staff pre conference will be in the Kirkhof Center 2204. All check in on Thursday will be at the Rec Center.

Friday Lunch
All conference attendees will be given a gift card to get lunch on Friday at any on campus location. See Laker Food Co for information on dining options.
The Dish and Fresh Food Co are all you care to eat locations; the amount on the gift card is the exact amount for one lunch.
The Kirkhof Center has options on the main and lower level.
The Marketplace, located near the Rec Center and Bookstore, has Starbucks and sushi options.
Conference Social
Friday night, join your fellow attendees at Van Andel Arena for the Grand Rapids Griffins (Red Wings affiliate) vs the Colorado Eagles (Avalanche affiliate) in AHL hockey action! You will receive a ticket for the game at conference check in.
Van Andel Arena is located in downtown Grand Rapids about 25 minutes from the Allendale campus. The City of Grand Rapids has a variety of pay to park locations in the downtown area. Guests can park in the Mt. Vernon Lot on the GVSU Pew Campus for free and walk across the river to the arena. The Mt. Vernon Lot is 0.6 miles/15 minute walk from the arena.
